A couple of years ago I was a mom who had lost her spark. My career was on pause, I was tired with no real break, and I'd started to believe the problem was me.

What helped wasn't a fix. It was other women. Sitting in a room, telling the real version of our week, laughing about things that weren't funny at the time.

So I started MOMS Westchester: storytelling circles where you don't have to be okay to show up. You just have to show up.
